🌿 As an artist, I have the right to refuse any service, please respect that. 🌿Payment
Payment will be up-front, and the art piece will not be started until the payment is received.
Payment can be done through PayPal, Venmo, or cashapp. No other forms of payment will be accepted due to the amount of scams.Shipping
If anything bought requires shipping, it will be included in the original commission price.
When acquired, you will be sent a tracking number for your piece!Time Frame
As the artist, I have the responsibility to update you on timeframes with your art piece. I like to update customers as much as possible throughout the whole process, so it is possible you will get more than one while I am working on your piece.
Depending on complexity, the minimum time for larger pieces is one week. The minimum time for smaller pieces is two days.
If something hinders me from art, I will contact customers and let them know as soon as I possibly can. Art will be resumed when possible.
For figurines, the minimum time is three weeks.Character
When commissioning a character of your own, please provide a clear reference. This includes all patterns and accessories if wanted!
If commissioning a custom character, or a character who does not have a reference, please provide as much artwork as possible, hex codes, and a text description if needed.Changes
Changes can be made during the sketch and lineart phase for lines.
For color, colors can be changed during the flats phase.
Please request a change the moment you notice something!
